What to look for in the offer
The charge may have a different name. What matters is whether it is a one-off cost and whether you have to pay it.
- What is the charge called?Transfer, preparation and vehicle handover may describe the same cost. Each item stays separate so nothing is counted twice.
- Do you have to pay it?Only mandatory costs belong in the calculation. Optional packages remain separate.
- What does it add per month?The one-off amount is divided by the term and added to the advertised monthly payment.
